Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy – Comfort Zone

 

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Order Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, customers can initiate a return under the 100-night trial policy after delivery.
  1. 100-Night Trial & Return Policy
    At Comfort Zone, we understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. That’s why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial.
  • Eligibility: The 100-night trial is applicable only on mattresses purchased directly from the Comfort Zone website.
  • Trial Period: The trial starts from the date of delivery and lasts for 100 nights.
  • Adjustment Period: We recommend using the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return.
  • Return Process: Customers can initiate a return request by calling +91 98458 78620. Once approved, we will arrange for a free pickup of the mattress.
  • Condition for Return: The mattress must be in good condition, without stains, tears, or damage. Returns will not be accepted if the product is in an unsanitary or damaged state.
  • Return Charges: Returns are free of cost in India.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refund Processing Time: Once the return is approved and the mattress is picked up, the refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days to the original payment method.
  • Refund Method: The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment, such as a bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card.
  • Exclusions: The 100-night trial is applicable only once per customer. If a mattress has been returned previously, a second trial or return will not be allowed.
  1. Additional Terms
  • Exchanges: Customers wishing to exchange their mattress for another model can do so within the 100-night trial period. The replacement mattress will be delivered once the original mattress is picked up.
  • Accessories & Other Products: Items such as pillows, mattress protectors, and bed frames are not covered under the 100-night trial and can only be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
